The main office of Centro Demetra is an outpatient multispecialist practice, with structure and equipment necessary for the diagnosis and therapy of sterility, and for the implementation of diverse techniques for the Medically Assisted Reproduction.
At the Secretary of the Center a computerized service of appointment schedule via Internet is available.

The waiting room is large and comfortable.
The Center counts with a fully equipped laboratory for Medically Assisted Reproduction, where the finest biologic diagnostic and therapeutical procedures for sterility problems may be performed.

The laboratory is next to the Operating Room where oocyte sampling and embryonic transfer (fundamental moment of the IVF/ET and the ICSI), testicular biopsies and epididimal sampling (important phases of the TESA and MESA, respectively), and insemination techniques (IUI, DIPI and IUI/DIPI) are carried out. The operating room is implemented with all the equipment necessary for the execution of hysteroscopy. 

It is evident that the vicinity of the laboratory to the Operating Room, with a direct communication between the two places, assures the ideal logistic conditions for the performance of Medically Assisted Reproduction techniques. For the success of these techniques, indeed, it is fundamental the correct and accurately planned arrangement of the different working places (biologic, medical and surgical) in the context of structures properly conceived for the execution of Medically Assisted Reproduction, such as it is Centro Demetra.
After the procedures of oocyte sampling, testicular biopsies, and epididimal sampling, patients remain under observation for some hours in a comfortable room dedicated only for that purpose. 

Centro Demetra counts with two examine offices for the specialized medical consultations, both implemented with specific equipment. 
In one of the rooms there is an Ultrasound Equipment implemented with Doppler Ultrasonography, for the execution of obstetric transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound, morphologic obstetric ultrasound, fetal and placental Doppler ultrasound, gynecological transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound, pelvic vessels Doppler ultrasound and power Doppler for pelvic structures. 
This room is also equipped for the execution of Thin Prep Pap Test. 

The second office is specifically equipped for the execution of fetal cardiotocography.
and colposcopy.

In addition, in this room there is an ultrasound equipment specific for the execution of breast and scrotal ultrasound.
Centro Demetra counts also with a portable ultrasound, for the execution of domiciliary gynecological and obstetric ultrasound either transvaginal or transabominal. 
Centro Demetra has a second location at the Clinic "Casa di Cura Orestano" At the Casa di Cura Orestano there is a second laboratory fully implemented with the necessary equipment for Medically Assisted Reproduction techniques, communicated with an Operating Room provided with video-laparoscopy for the execution of some of the Medically Assisted Reproduction techniques, such as GIFT, ZIFT and TET.
In addition, at Casa di cura Orestano, in close collaboration with the Radiology Division   hysterosalpingographies are carried out.
